Wind gusts can once again peak between 25-30 mph this afternoon
before winds calm overnight and remain low into midweek. RH
bottoms out in the mid 30 percents in eastern Ohio today. Lake
effect snow will continue across the far north through this
afternoon. A passing system brings a rain/snow mix back to the
region by early Tuesday.
